REGISTRATION is now open

The 2024 show is once again back live at the Oregon Convention Center but will be in Hall D (same amount of space).  Booths are for Guild members only.  To Join the Guild, click HERE.

    Details

    • Location – Oregon Convention Center, Hall D
    • Move-In - April 17,18
    • Wednesday - 2:00 – 6:00
    • Thursday – 9:00 – 9:00
    • Overnight security will be provided Thursday night
    • Show Hours:
      • Friday – 10 – 7
      • Saturday – 10 – 6
      • Sunday – 10 – 4
      5-day parking pass - $60 - For Exhibitors only.  5-day parking pass for the I5 Lots. April 17-21. Ideal for RVs, trailers or  vehicles that might not fit in the OCC Parking garage.  Select Parking item at bottom of page


    • Booths available – Booths will have 3’ side curtains, 8’ back wall, and an identification sign.  No tables or chairs will be provided, however they can be ordered separately.  There are 6 corner booths available on a first come, first serve basis.  Best to register early.
      • 10’ x 10’ - $500 – Standard Booth
      • 10’ x 10’ - $550 – Corner Booth - There are a limited number of corner booths so register early.
      • 15’ x 10’ - $750 – Standard Booth
      • 15’ x 10’ - $800 – Corner Booth - There are a limited number of corner booths so register early.
      • Electrical - $100 - Purchase with your deposit is best but can add before April 1 if needed.
      • $60 - 5 day parking pass - For Exhibitors only.  
      • Larger Booths - to order a 20' booth, order two 10' booth.  For a 25' booth, order one 10' and one 15' booth.  Deposits are required for each booth ordered.
      • Register Early - Get your reservation in ASAP.
    Deadlines & Requirements for the Application
    • To Register -  (1) fill out the online Registration Form and (2) pay for the booth and options.  You will receive a copy of your registration responses.  Keep this email in case you need to make a change or add more people for a name badge.
    • December 31, 2023 - provide 3 high resolution images.  Images received before Dec 31 may be used in our promotional materials and social media
    • February 1, 2024 - A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a booth.
    • March 15, 2024 - Remaining balance due

      Payments

      Below are ordering options.  

      • $100 deposit for 10' Standard Booth
      • $125 deposit for 10' Corner Booth
      • $150 deposit for 15' Standard Booth
      • $175 deposit for 15' Corner Booth
      • $20 - Extension for Steel Framing for Corner or Oversized Booths
      • $20 - Diagonal bar, required 9'-16' extensions are available
      • $20 - 10’ Extension, 8' high perpendicular to back, no curtain

      • $100 - 5 Amp Electrical - needs to be ordered with the booth.  Cannot order during setup.
      • $30 - Table (no skirts)
      • $21 - Chair
      • $25 - Bar Stool
      • $400 Final Payment for 10' Standard Booth
      • $600 Final Payment for 15' Standard Booth
      • $425 Final Payment for 10' Corner Booth
      • $625 Final Payment for 15' Corner Booth
      • $60 - 5-day I5Parking Pass

      IMPORTANT NOTE - To complete your booth registration the Registration Form must be filled out and a deposit paid.
