I’m transitioning from powered tools to hand tools.  Toward that I’m offering my Jet JBOS-5 oscillating spindle sander for sale.  The sander includes all of the original parts as well as an extra drum, some sanding sleeves and a gum-rubber sandpaper cleaning stick.

The tool is in good condition.  It shows typical signs of use and wear: some chipped paint here, some surface-rust stains there.  The grounding prong has broken off of the plug.

I am the tool's second owner.  I've had it since 2009.  My sense is that the tool was lightly used before I acquired it.  I've used it very sparingly since, surely less than five hours during my tenure.

This tool normally sells for $770 new but is currently on sale for $650 just about everywhere.  I’m offering mine for $300.
